Terms and Conditions
By pressing the buy button when
purchasing a product from Huddersfield linen
4 less you are making an offer to purchase
the goods at the stated price. Huddersfield
Linen 4 less do have the right to accept or
decline this offer. If the offer is accepted
the contract is entered we will send a
e-mail or phone to confirm the delivery
date. The contents of your shopping basket
can be cancelled at any time during the
process of your purchase by clicking the
cancel button. If you have made any errors
during purchasing you can put this right by
e mail or by phone.
Product Availability.
At Huddersfield Linen 4 less
we carry a large range of stocks so the
customer gets the product normally within in
5-10 working days or less. If at any time there is a
problem with any product weather it is out
of stock or a finished line.? We will
contact you and you will have the option of
a full refund and cancel the order or you
will be able to order something else.
Product Description.
All the photographs and descriptions are
representative only. The measurements are
approximate only.
Acceptance of Delivery.
When the goods are received by the
customer, the goods will need to be signed
for by the person to whom the order was
addressed. At that point the owner ship of
the goods will pass on to you on delivery.
Refund and Return Policy.
If for any reason you are not happy with
your purchase and you wish to return or
exchange your goods you need to contact us
by e-Mail or telephone us within seven days
of your delivery date.
Goods must be packed and delivered back
to us in the condition that we sent them to
you and must not be altered in any way.
The cost of returning the goods will be
paid for by the customer unless Huddersfield
Linen have agreed that the goods are faulty.
Refunds for faulty products will be given
when Huddersfield Linen or the manufacturer
has agreed that the goods are faulty .that
process normally takes up to 14 days.
Returns that are not faulty will carry a
20% handling charge as well as a carriage
charge debit.
The refund will be paid by the same
method as you purchased them within 7 days
of agreement.
If the goods are not faulty and the goods
have been dispatched then hudders field
linen will only refund the value of the
goods and not the carriage charges.
Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order
within 7 days of delivery for all items.
However if the goods have been sent out then
you must follow our return policy.
7 Day Price Promise.
In the unlikely event you see a lower
price than you have paid with us within 7
days of your purchase . We will refund the
difference with an extra 10% pay back. This
only applies to genuine offers from other
genuine retailers. It does not apply to
clearance lines or something that might have
been discontinued. Also this offer does not
apply to products where the competitor does
not carry the stocks.
Payment
You may pay for your order by most credit
and debit cards.
